Can I return medicine for refund?
The company does not accept returns of any medications and will not accept medicines for the treatment of fleas and for worms. This is because by law they are not allowed to do so. So this means that even if you return any medication they cannot stock it for resale and they can only dispose of it for you. Any returns involving medicinal products may be considered within 60 days from the day of ordering from the company.
Perhaps you had a change of mind about a product you ordered from the company?
If you need to return the product for any reason you will be required to inform the company of your intention to return a product within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product. The product need also to remain in the condition it arrived to you in an opened condition (in its original packaging) that can be resold to another customer. Please note that the company only accepts the return of goods ordered via their website.
For products that are returned for any other reasons besides being faulty, the customer will bear the full costs of returning the product to the company.
For any cancellation of a product please note the following:
i) You will be refunded the money you paid for the products but the refund money may be reduced by the company. This may be done if you have handled the goods in a way that the company may feel that its value has reduced. They are allowed by law to do this.
ii) Refund and delivery costs may be refunded to you by the company. The company will only refund costs equivalent to the cost of delivery services & method that is least expensive.
